تهدف المنصة إلى ربط المستخدمين الباحثين عن معلومات أو فرص عقارية مع وكلاء عقارات موثّقين من خلال محادثات خاصة داخل التطبيق.

تختلف YallaBaytak عن منصات الإعلانات العقارية التقليدية، لأنها لا تعتمد فقط على عرض العقارات بشكل عام، بل تركز على طلبات العملاء الحقيقية، والتواصل المباشر، وربط المستخدم بالوكيل المناسب بطريقة أكثر خصوصية وفعالية.

YallaBaytak is a real estate communication platform built for the UAE market, especially Dubai.
The platform connects users looking for real estate information or opportunities with verified real estate agents through private in-app communication.

Unlike traditional real estate listing platforms, YallaBaytak focuses on real customer requests, verified agents, and direct private communication rather than only displaying public property listings.

عملت على مشروع YallaBaytak كمطور Full Stack Web Developer، وكنت مسؤولًا عن تطوير أجزاء متعددة من الواجهة الأمامية والخلفية للمنصة.

شمل دوري بناء واجهات استخدام متجاوبة، تطوير APIs، تصميم هيكل قاعدة البيانات، تنفيذ نظام تسجيل الدخول والصلاحيات، بناء نظام المحادثات اللحظية، وإنشاء لوحات تحكم للإدارة والوكلاء.

I worked on YallaBaytak as a Full Stack Web Developer, responsible for developing both frontend and backend parts of the platform.

My role included building responsive user interfaces, developing backend APIs, designing the database structure, implementing authentication and role-based access control, building real-time chat features, and creating dashboards for admins and agents.
